Data Protection

We are committed to keeping your personal information confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties, nor provide it to any third party, individual, government agency, or company without a legal basis.

This Privacy Policy informs you of how we manage personal data and your rights under GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).

We handle your personal data according to basic GDPR principles. We do not collect more data than necessary and process it lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We have implemented appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access and accidental leaks. Data is kept only as long as necessary for specific purposes, which are explicitly described and justified. If data becomes inaccurate, it will be removed or rectified.

Collecting, Using, Storing, and Sharing Your Personal Data

We might process your personal data based on four legal grounds:

We do not retain your data longer than necessary; all periods are specified for each category.

Handling Inquiries and Managing Client Relationships

When you contact us via email or web form, we process any personal information according to this Privacy Policy or as required by law. We process data based on legitimate interest, contractual obligation, or legal requirements.

We retain your data as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, for the duration of our (pre) contractual relationship, or as required by law. We may also keep your contact data for follow-up projects and offers based on legitimate interest.

Promoting and Marketing Our Services

When you provide your email to receive our newsletter or consent to receive specific content, your email is used solely for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each newsletter or by emailing dpo@hybrid.co.il.

We offer downloadable content like white papers on our website. Before downloading, you provide personal information, which we use to send requested resources and solicit feedback. We may contact you for similar content and direct marketing based on legitimate interest.

We may use your data for promotion and marketing as long as we have your consent. For direct marketing, we retain data until you request removal from our mailing list, plus an additional 7 years to resolve any disputes.

Improving Our Services

We may contact you for feedback via online surveys to improve our services. We analyze your website activity to enhance your user experience.

We use Google Analytics to collect visitor behavior data. Google Analytics uses cookies, and data generated by cookies is usually stored on Google servers in the USA. We’ve enabled IP anonymization and set restrictions to protect your privacy.

Recruiting Staff

When you submit personal data for employment, it is used solely for the job you’re applying for or another suitable position if unspecified. We retain your data only during the job contest unless you opt to keep it for seven years for future opportunities. You can change this preference by emailing dpo@hybrid.co.il.

We may collect information for recruitment-related events and use it to assess suitability and contact you for future events or opportunities based on legitimate interest or consent.

Processing Based on Legitimate Interests

When you contact us for business, employment, or sponsorship, we may process your data based on legitimate interests, ensuring your rights are not unnecessarily impacted. This may include sharing data with advisors, agencies, contractors, auditors, and affiliates for various purposes.

Where We Store Your Data and Who We Share Information With

Internally, personal data is disclosed only on a need-to-know basis. To provide top-level services, we work with selected companies for client relations, billing, communication, HR, recruitment, marketing, hosting etc. These companies are based in the EU, USA and Israel. You can request a full list of parties we share data with by contacting dpo@hybrid.co.il.

We may be legally required to disclose your data during legal processes, for law enforcement, national security, or other public security issues.

In the event of mergers, transfers, acquisitions, or similar events, your data may be shared with third parties involved. For certain disclosures, we may share your data with third parties with your explicit consent.
