The events category in general, and weddings in particular is a unique category.
The wedding event is considered to be the biggest and most important event in our lives. Choosing the right place out of a thousand options consists of endless considerations: the atmosphere, design, cost, geographical location, date of the wedding, number of guests, and much more.
Our challenge was to fundamentally change the way people decide on wedding venues.

We analyzed and researched people on both sides of the equation - event hall owners and engaged couples.
The main insight identified is that the FOMO effect is immeasurably amplified when it comes to the most important day of your life. Couples have limited time and capacity, hence the number of places they can visit is limited. They want to feel the place in real time but are sure that it’s impossible. That’s exactly what we came to change.

Experience it for real, Before the real experience.
In designing our interface, we aimed to create a space that was engaging, brand-enhancing, and spacious, with a dynamic background adaptable for future expansions into travel and hospitality. Utilizing advanced 3D software, we developed “The Planetarium,” an immersive environment that invites exploration and perfectly captures our vision.

Designing for virtual reality introduced a host of new challenges, including the effective use of 3D space and depth to create engaging and functional environments. A critical aspect was understanding how sizes and spatial relationships behave in a 3D environment while initially working in a 2D workspace.
Our approach began with creating designs in 2D and then testing these as flat projections within a VR headset. This initial phase allowed us to refine our concepts before moving them into a more immersive setting. The most promising designs were then brought to life in a true 3D environment using ShapesXR, a spatial design and prototyping platform, on a Meta Quest headset. This process ensured that our designs were not only visually appealing but also practical and intuitive in a virtual space.

We developed a unique brand language centered around the promise, “Experience it for real, before the real experience.” This approach highlights the pre-visit clarity that VR technology brings to real estate dealings, enabling clients to virtually tour properties from anywhere. Our targeted messaging creates vivid, immersive scenarios, such as virtually exploring a Brooklyn building from a kitchen in Chelsea, or a Manhattan rooftop from a Jersey backyard, effectively bridging the gap between perception and reality in property exploration.
