Senior Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that leverage 1st party data to target and engage the right audience, and align with client objectives, KPIs goals and ROI.
  • Manage hands-on end-to-end large multi-geo campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and X Ads.
  • Analyze campaigns data and optimize with A/B testing and experimentation for constant improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities to improve performance.
  • Utilize 1st party data to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and enhance campaign targeting.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and oversee all aspects of client management, including regular communication, performance reporting, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PPC advertising and 1st party data methodology.
  • Collaborate with the internal Design team and the client to produce campaign creatives.
  • Collaborate with the internal development and SEO team to continuously improve conversion and performance and ensure integrated marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • +4 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaigns management – experience in both Meta and Google is mandatory.
  • +3 years of experience working within the eCommerce & Lead Generation verticals, with a deep understanding of industries-specific challenges and strategies.
  • Strong experience in a client-facing role, with demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering results.
  • Proficient in research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills & mentality of data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, independent, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of 1st party data methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Marketing automation experience – Huge advantage.
